Pine Ridge Academy Residential Treatment Center provides a nurturing setting for teenagers who have struggled with emotional or behavioral problems and would benefit from a structured environment. Students receive one individual therapy session per week, one family therapy session each week, an accredited school program, a substance abuse program, recreational therapy and one psychiatric visit every month. Pine Ridge is a small home setting located in West Jordan, Utah, which is just 30 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Please contact an admissions counselor for tuition and enrollment information.

Day Treatment Programs provide the same therapeutic program as their respective residential programs; however, students live with their own families at night and on weekends. Therapists support families as they implement family rules, provide important feedback, and rebuild their family dynamics. Students in this program attend from 7:30 am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. This program allows students to apply the new principles they are learning in treatment to their home and daily living situations. Please contact an Admissions Counselor for Day Treatment rates.

Independent Community Placement Programs are also available. In this program, students live with families within the community and attend Pine Ridge Academy during the weekday. This program is designed as an extension of our residential program for students who need a realistic transition before returning home to their families. Again, students continue to receive therapeutic support throughout this placement but are given extra privileges and opportunities to implement newfound therapeutic skills and self-management techniques. These costs are the same as the program.

The above rates include all therapy sessions. Psychiatrist visits, academic program, recreational activities and room and board. Many insurance companies will pay for all or part of childs stay. If you are interested in insurance information, we would be happy to check your benefits without obligation.
